A regal classic reimagined for the modern estate. A delicate almond sponge is layered with a vibrant, tart raspberry compote and silken raspberry buttercream

Bright, zesty, and full of life. This lemon-zest sponge is  layered with a vibrant compote of mixed berries and lemon buttercream.

THE TUSCAN BLUSH | STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

A sun-kissed tribute to the Italian countryside. Light-as-air vanilla bean sponge layered with fresh, hand-macerated strawberries, celebrating the natural brightness of the harvest.

A MORNING IN PROVENCE | ROSE PETAL AND PEACH

A delicate floral journey. Tender vanilla sponge lightly infused with organic rosewater and lovely specks of organic rose petals, paired with a delicate peach reduction for a soft, stone-fruit sweetness.

THE MALIBU VERANDA | EARL GREY & BLUEBERRY VIOLET

An ethereal tribute to the Malibu morning mist. A signature tea-infused sponge flecked with Bergamot, paired with a sophisticated wild blueberry and French violet botanical reduction.

THE MANILA SUN | VANILLA BEAN & MANGO

A luminous tropical tribute. Premium vanilla bean sponge serves as the canvas for a heart of golden, sun-ripened mango reduction.

THE BORA BORA BREEZE | COCONUT & PASSION FRUIT

Lush and transportive. Moist coconut sponge paired with the exotic, bright tang of  passion fruit coulis for a high-definition tropical flavor.

THE CRIMSON MANOR | SIGNATURE RED VELVET

A striking crimson sponge with a remarkably delicate, velvety crumb and a sophisticated whisper of premium cocoa, paired with our signature tangy-sweet frosting.

THE PARISIAN DAWN | VANILLA LATTE

Inspired by first light over a French café. Fragrant vanilla bean sponge layered with a sophisticated buttercream infused with authentic French espresso.

A soul-warming, rich composition. Our tangy vanilla sponge is paired with nutty, hand-whisked browned butter frosting and a swirl of artisanal dulce de leche.

THE WINDSOR TRUFFLE | CHOCOLATE & SEA SALT GANACHE

The "crown jewel" of chocolates. Deep, Dutch-processed dark chocolate sponge layered with a silken dark chocolate ganache and a delicate touch of Maldon hand-harvested sea salt.

THE CATALINA TWILIGHT | CHOCOLATE, ESPRESSO & NUTELLA

Inspired by the moonlit coves of the Pacific. Rich cocoa-drenched layers are paired with a bold espresso reduction and a decadent Nutella swirl for a deep, smoky sweetness.

We offer eggless options for most of our cake flavor combinations, and use a very fluffy not too sweet eggless buttercream.

tasting flights

At Tania’s Cake Studio, we believe your wedding cake should be a sensory journey. We have curated our twelve signature flavors into two distinct tasting flights, each designed to evoke a specific atmosphere and elegance.


Because these flights are prepared in limited, seasonal batches, priority is given to our booked clients to ensure they have first access to finalize their wedding menu. Once your date is on our calendar, you will be invited to join our next scheduled tasting window.
