I'm Tania
I am a licensed Home Baker and the hands behind Tania’s Cake Studio. My passion for baking is inherited, my paternal grandma was a baker all her life and some of my family members still are as well. Having started at around 12 years old, my dad was always the biggest cheerleader in my interest in cooking and baking.
Tania’s Cake Studio is my home based bakery, located in Rancho Cordova, California. It was born out of love for anything buttercream. My desire is to provide meticulously crafted treats that will delight your eyes and your palate as well!
I am passionate about the chemistry of baking, and have taken the time to test and try every single one of my recipes. Method, timing and ingredients fascinate me. Everything made from scratch, with pure ingredients measured to the gram!
My specialties are exquisite custom cakes decorated with buttercream, sugar paste and wafer paper florals that will make your special day memorable and enjoyable.
