I am a licensed Home Baker and the hands behind Tania’s Cake Studio. My passion for baking is inherited, my paternal grandma was a baker all her life and some of my family members still are as well. Having started at around 12 years old, my dad was always the biggest cheerleader in my interest in cooking and baking.

As my kids grew, I would bake more frequently, birthdays, holidays, or just because. Then friends and family begun to request cakes for different occasions and from there Tania’s Cake Studio took off as my own!

Tania’s Cake Studio is my home based bakery, located in Rancho Cordova. It was born out of love for anything buttercream. My desire is to provide meticulously crafted treats that will delight your eyes and your palate as well!

I am passionate about the chemistry of baking, and have taken the time to test and try every single one of my recipes. Method, timing and ingredients fascinate me. Everything made from scratch, with pure ingredients measured to the gram!

My specialties are buttercream decorated cakes, cupcakes, uniquely designed decorated cookies and other desserts. My ultimate goal is to deliver a delicately made with love creation that will be a centerpiece for your special moment.
